What We Collect

When you email an enquiry, I receive your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to write. Nothing else is collected through this website.

Why We Collect It

Only to reply to you and, if we go on to work together, to arrange sessions. Your details are never sold or shared for marketing.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiries that don't lead to therapy are deleted after a short period. Clinical and session records are held separately and confidentially, in line with the BACP Ethical Framework and my professional obligations.
